Partners

In order to deliver our vision Learning through Landscapes works with partners from the Public, private and voluntary sectors to develop and manage a portfolio of nationals and regional programmes and research.

LTL Cymru's key partners are the Welsh Assembly Government and the Countryside Council for Wales.

The Welsh Assembly Government is supporting the development of LTL Cymru to contribute towards the aims of the Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills. The Department aims to improve children's services, education and training provision to secure better outcomes for learners, business, and employers as set out in their strategic document, 'The Learning Country'. It helps empower children, young people and adults through education and training to enjoy a better quality of life. Find out more about the Welsh Assembly Government at http://new.wales.gov.uk

The Countryside Council for Wales is the Government's statutory advisor on sustaining natural beauty, wildlife and the opportunity for outdoor enjoyment in Wales and its inshore waters. CCW champions the environment and landscapes of Wales and its coastal waters as sources of natural and cultural riches, as a foundation for economic and social activity, and as a place for leisure and learning opportunities. They are supporting LTL Cymru as part of their aim to make the environment a valued part of everyone's life in Wales. Find out more on the CCW website.
